Nourish Your Body, As Well As Your Hair.
Hi everyone I wanted to post this title because alot of people have asked me when I am out in public how do i achieve thick natural healthy hair? My response is I eat healthy unprocessed foods with lots of green organic vegetables and fruits, and i use all natural products on my,scalp and hair; this is how i came to start my line of hair products. I realize everyone’s hair is different but the same principles applies. I trim in between I just do hair cuts instead of trims because i end up cutting more than necessary every month which is what i do for my hair only. No one needs to trim every month i do because my hair gets to be a little too much for me. So to recap the principles follow a healthy lifestyle. eat healthy foods , Use natural hair products in your scalp,and hair, regular exercise above all I pray.
